HOW DO I ORDER?

DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?
Yes, we ship Worldwide!

WHAT ARE THE FORMS OF PAYMENTS ACCEPTED?
We accept all major credit cards. When placing an order, the correct billing address must be entered for the order to be approved. The billing address is the address registered on your account.

HOW DO I USE A STORE CREDIT OR COUPON CODE?
Please enter your coupon code in the discount code section at check out. You will also see a place for notes and comments please include the discount code in the notes. At the time your order is shipped your discount will be adjusted to your store credit or form of payment.

If you are still having difficulties with your coupon code please contact us at (info@theutopiaboutique.com) as the code may no longer be valid. Please note, coupon codes cannot be combined with any other current offers, sales, or promotions.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A STORE CREDIT?
When we receive your return, we will process the return within 5 business days. Once your return has been processed and your store credit issued, you will receive a store credit confirmation email.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I FORGET TO USE A DISCOUNT CODE OR STORE CREDIT?
Once your order has been placed we are unable to manually add the discount. Please note that this discount may be used on your next order if the code is still valid.

WHY HAS MY ORDER BEEN CANCELED?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such high demand and on occasions, an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 48 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out-of-stock item. In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled.

MY ORDER WILL NOT PROCESS AND I KNOW I HAVE AVAILABLE FUNDS ON MY DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD?
It could be possible that you are providing 2 different addresses for the billing and shipping address. Unfortunately, we only ship to the billing address that your bank has on file. You do have the option of paying via PayPal as long as your shipping to a confirmed address.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
All orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days unless you select Express options at checkout, your order will ship the same day if the order was placed before 12 PM EST.

HAS MY ORDER BEEN SHIPPED? 
You will receive an email order confirmation once your order has been received, in addition, a shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been shipped. This confirmation will include the tracking number for your package. If you have any additional questions feel free to contact our support team at info@theutopiaboutique.com. 

I’VE SEEN AN ITEM BUT I CANNOT SEEM TO FIND IT ONLINE?
You may use the search bar to type in a description or keyword matching the item. If nothing is shown, it's likely that the item is sold out.

DO YOU RESTOCK PRODUCTS? 
We do our best to restock the best sellers. Please email us at info@theutopiaboutique.com, if you need more information on a specific product.

WHY IS MY PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK? 
Because of our quest to provide you with the latest in fashion we do not stock large quantities of any item. For this reason, we may not have the merchandise you have ordered. You will receive an email advising you of any out-of-stock items. Don’t be sad, we update our site weekly with items we know you’ll love!!

DOES MY ORDER REQUIRE VERIFICATION?
Some orders are subject to Utopia Boutique’s verification procedure which means that, for your protection from credit card fraud or identity theft, we may ask you to verify that you're the card owner or that order and that ship-to information are legitimate. This process rarely delays an order, and generally requires either a simple call-back (which can be done after business hours) or by email.
If your order requires Verification, we will advise you by phone or e-mail. This is why it's important that you leave both day and home phone numbers when ordering and that you keep your information current.

It is also important that you understand what we mean by bill-to information on the checkout process. The bill-to address is the address to which your bank mails your monthly credit card statement. The bill-to address you give us must agree with the address that the card-issuing bank has on file. Please be sure you provide the correct information, even if the items are to be shipped to a different location. We regret that this is necessary, but it is designed to protect the card owner as well as the retailer.

CAN I MODIFY/CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately, once your order has been processed we are unable to modify or cancel any order. When your order arrives, please follow exchange instructions for store credit on our Return Policy page.

HOW DO I PROCESS A RETURN OR EXCHANGE?
See our Return Policy for instructions on how to process your exchange.
**You will need to contact us and provide your return tracking number. Failing to do so will cause delays in your return being processed.

I RECEIVED A DAMAGED ITEM. WHAT DO I DO?
In the rare event that you receive a damaged item, please alert us as soon as possible and provide a photo of the damaged item. Please note, we are not responsible for damages that occur after wearing or washing the item.
**We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering all shipping costs to return.

WHAT IS CONSIDERED A FINAL SALE?
All bodysuits, swimwear, lingerie, and clearance items are final sale. Refunds and exchanges are not permitted.

WHY WAS I CHARGED TWICE?
If you see a double pending transaction on your account you have not been charged twice. What you see is a double authorization which can sometimes happen if you click "confirm" multiple times at check out. Not to worry your bank will remove one of the authorizations in 24-72 hours and you will only be charged once.
