**NO REFUNDS; STORE CREDIT ONLY WITHIN 10 DAYS**
Any unworn and unwashed merchandise can be returned within 10 days of the delivery date. Utopia does NOT offer refunds, however, we will offer a store credit which you can use towards a future purchase. All returns must be submitted via online at email@example.com
- Please email us FIRST to initiate a return
- The shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
- Merchandise must have all tags, including hang tags attached
- Any merchandise marked “FINAL SALE” will not be accepted
- Damaged returns will NOT be accepted - items with scents, makeup, deodorant, and/or signs of wear will also NOT be accepted
- We are NOT liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will inspect it for defects and/or signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse any exchange that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear, the smell of smoke, or any perfumes.
Once we've determined your item is in good condition you will be emailed store credit information. Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed and finalized. Due to the high volume of orders we receive daily, we cannot guarantee that your return will be processed on the day that it was received. Once your item(s) have been inspected we will issue you a store credit via email that can be used towards any future purchases.
**PLEASE CAREFULLY READ OVER ALL ITEM DESCRIPTIONS, AS SOME ITEMS MAY CONTAIN NO STRETCH**
Non-returnable merchandise includes:
- Worn items
- Items marked FINAL SALE
- Free promotional items and or gifts
All orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after receipt of full payment and if the item is in stock.
**We do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering all shipping costs to return.
Please include your original packing slip so we process your return quickly. In the event you've misplaced your packing slip can you simply enclose a legible note with your full name and order number. A merchandise credit will be issued in the form of a gift card sent via email.
Utopia Boutique truly cares about providing great customer service and quality merchandise and that’s why we diligently inspect ALL orders prior to shipping out. That said, damaged merchandise is VERY unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear, stains, and/or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
**Utopia Boutique Reserves The Right Not To Credit You If You Return Items Outside The Terms Of Our Return Policy.
